Terms and Conditions for classes

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. At the first class payment can be made for the class attended and the following class.
In the event of non attendance at a class, Flaunt Dance reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee at the rate of 0% for a notice period of 1 week or longer, 50% with 48hrs notice and 100% with no notice given
A registration form must be completed by each participant
In the event of non attendance at a class, if Flaunt Dance has not been informed, the space will nto be retained for the participant
The participants must keep Flaunt Dance Ltd informed of any change in their details

Terms and Conditions for parties and events

The minimum number for a party is as advertised. If the number is less than the advertised minimum, a higher charge may be incurred
A registration form must be completed by each participant
In the case of parties or events, a non-refundable £40 deposit is required to secure a booking. This is required at the time of booking. Full and final payment for an event must be received 2 weeks prior to the event.
All payments must be made to Flaunt Dance Ltd before an event unless otherwise agreed. Final details for a party or event must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event. No refund can be given for any changes, including cancellations, made after this deadline
The participants accept responsibility for accurately informing Flaunt Dance Ltd of any information required by Flaunt Dance Ltd in order to provide the advertised services. This may include information about participants’ health.
Flaunt Dance Ltd will send receipt of payment for any payment made to Flaunt Dance Ltd for Parties or Events. Receipts will be produced upon request for class payments
Flaunt Dance Ltd will send confirmation of a party booking and details once the final payment has been received
Flaunt Dance Ltd reserves the right to make changes where necessary to provide the best possible service.
Flaunt Dance Ltd will inform the client of any changes to the agreed events.
Flaunt Dance Ltd reserves the right to terminate any activity should there be any inappropriate, unruly, drunken or illegal behaviour by any of the participants
The client accepts responsibility for the guests during any party or event.
The client is acting as a representative for all party guests or event participants in agreeing to Flaunt Dance Ltd’s Terms and Conditions
Any problem or issue arising from a Flaunt Dance Ltd event must be referred to Flaunt Dance Ltd a maximum of 14 days after the event
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of a member of Flaunt Dance Ltd, Flaunt Dance Ltd shall not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation (unless Fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of Contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of Flaunt Dance Ltd, its employees or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or services or their use or resale by the Customer, and the entire liability of Flaunt Dance Ltd under or in connection with the Contract shall not exceed the price of goods or services, except as expressly provided in these Conditions
It shall be the responsibility of the Client to ensure that there is adequate insurance in place against any claims made against either or both of the Customer and Flaunt Dance Ltd by any person in respect of loss or injury suffered as a result of the supply by Flaunt Dance Ltd of the goods and services provided for in this agreement

Terms and Conditions for Studio Hire

The Flaunt Dance studio and any equipment or items contained therein are to be treated as the property of Flaunt Dance Ltd and will be treated with due care and attention.
The studio will be checked after use by a representative of Flaunt Dance Ltd. Any user of the studio who causes any damage to the studio or any item therein will be liable to pay reparations to Flaunt Dance. The amount of such reparations will be decided by Flaunt Dance Ltd upon inspection of the damage caused. The reparation amount demanded will consider any and all costs incurred for the repair of such damage, including costs incurred for any disruption to classes
The Flaunt Dance studio is hired entirely at the risk of the individual / individuals who hire the studio. By agreeing to these terms, the individual further indemnifies Flaunt Dance Ltd against any claim for injury, either latent or patent, as a result of their use of the studio.
Flaunt Dance holds no liability whatsoever for any accident or injury or loss incurred during the hire of the studio.
It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that any activity carried out when hiring the Flaunt Dance studio is carried out safely or that the individual is duly insured for such use. Should an individual wish to have further tuition with Flaunt Dance, this must be a further and separate agreement between Flaunt Dance and the individual.
Any individual wishing to hire the Flaunt Dance studio must complete the Health questionnaire and be in a good state of physical and mental health.
Hire of the Flaunt Dance studio is at the discretion of Flaunt Dance Ltd. Flaunt Dance Ltd reserves the right to refuse hire of the Flaunt Dance studio without given reason.
Payment for hire of the Flaunt Dance studio is required upon booking. Any cancellation of hire must be made at least 1 week before the date of hire or fees will be incurred according the Flaunt Dance Studio Hire cancellation policy.
