About Us

Flaunt Dance Ltd is a dance company with experienced teachers who want to show that dancing is a beautiful, elegant art form which both uses and tests the body.

We specialise in pole dancing and we believe that it needs to be taught carefully and exactly, so that people can build up knowledge and strength as they exercise in a safe and assured way, constantly learning new skills and new forms of movement.

As a form of dance it is both dramatic and gymnastic as well as graceful. It inspires confidence in its participants and allows expression and experimentation. Dancing in all its forms makes people feel graceful and beautiful and good about themselves. Through this, it inspires confidence in its participants as they get used to using their body and expressing themselves through movement. The origins of many accepted dance forms are seduction yet they are now viewed for their beauty, grace and skill – both the Tango and belly dancing have sensual movements and origins. Pole dancing is no different.

Flaunt Dance Ltd was founded in 2007 by two dance teachers, with over 10 years experience between them, combined their skills, knowledge and love of dance to form Flaunt Dance Ltd. Both have danced since childhood and have a long held love of dancing. They have found that they have a particular love for pole dancing as it offered an enjoyable new outlet for their love of dance and movement and complimented their individual styles.
